"This is a historic building that has been remodeled into apartments. The building is beautiful and built upon the original wood frame. However, these apartments are owned by Ten South Management. Vista View is owned by the same entity. Both of these apartment complexes belong to the WV holding company, a subsidiary of the main headquarters in Pennsylvania."

"I have made countless complaints in person or over voicemail to management (because they never answer their phones) FOR MONTHS about the resident living below me blasting music and being unreasonably loud with multiple visitors between 11 pm and 2am or later on weeknights, smoking cigarettes in their apartment so heavily my entire apartment wreaks of cigarettes, and trashing the yard in front of their apartment with dozens of cigarette butts. Management hasn't done a thing about it. Good luck if you decide to move here."

"Used to be a really nice apartment now they cut the grass once every 2 months they don't the pool is not open it's not clean the new owners just are not taking care of the place at all they are putting new stoops out new decks for everybody what's the new management I'd stay away"

"Can hear neighbors upstairs but that doesn't personally bother me. Big upside is if something breaks it's going to get fixed ASAP which I really appreciate .Bathtub is really nice and deep ,shower has good water pressure which is important to me ."
