"terrible place to live. I just moved in in February and I have had mold in my apartment in the bathroom bedrooms and living room. The dishwasher doesn’t run well and spits out water everywhere. We have also had issues with our rent. Our lease states we don’t pay utilities. They are trying to make us pay them now which is completely illegal. Don’t recommend.I wasn’t supposed to pay utilities now they are taking us court lol it was issued the 3rd and we got it yesterday when the court date is here in two weeks. this place is ridiculous reaks of weed and cigarettes and the worst staff. I’d also like to add I just had a baby and they sprung this all out on me after they knew I was having a baby. I went to sign my lease was told I didn’t pay utilities that they did. They are breaching contract. Do not pay utilities if you signed a year lease you have that year."

"I have been looking for a place to live since my partner passed away well I contacted them at village hill apartments she told me I would have to do application online and pay $94 fee, so I did and was told they had an apartment opened and ready in march so Kanawha housing authority went to inspect and failed it cause of everything that was wrong with it they went back today to inspect but no one was there to let them in to inspect so they failed it again. Which I have found is something normal with these people they ignore your call never call back and lie to you they told me it would be ready this week but wouldn’t you know it wasn’t"

"this is absolutely horrible, i come over to my sisters house often and she hasn’t been able to wash her dishes for months due to her sink getting clogged whenever she runs the dishwasher and runs the faucet (p.s. she has told the landlord about this)"
