"My husband and I are very displeased with the ladies sitting at the front desk that help to check patients in and out. They are very distasteful and unprofessional. They were overbearing and aggressive when we called to verify the directions. The young lady then hung up in our face. The entire time they spoke poorly of the work environment and other employees in front of all the guests. In no way is this a reflection of the MDs and PAs there servicing the patients. In all honesty, if my husband's PA wasn't anything but amazing, we would have canceled his surgery due to the front staffs behavior. My husband and I are both Marine Vets and the VA recommended. I currently work at a neighboring hospital; the office staff was truly an embarrassment to health care and St Joseph's/Candler."

"Today I came in to Day Surgery and I wish I truly could rate them a 10 star. For I was so nervous at first because this is my first major surgery. I came in to have my inguinal hernia mesh surgery. And from the very start the entire staff, nurse, and front desk. Everyone is so welcoming they answer any questions or concerns. And I truly would do it all over again.
