"Just wanted to give a big shout out to Wes. I was having a challenging day and needed to pick up some supplies for my new born. I asked Wes for assistance in locating the items and he went beyond the call to help me out from getting a cart to getting an additional box of baby wipes from the back. I did not have a CVS card to take advantage of the discounted prices and he took the initiative to assist me on the matter and checked me out. You were the light for a somewhat dark day. I hope Wes gets recognized for his excellent customer service! Keep being yourself Wes. A beacon of light for others!"
"Extremely unreliable. Totally understand that some seasons are very busy for getting prescriptions filled and sometimes we do just have to wait for things—not a problem, not everything can be quick, totally get it. But our seven month old was really sick and they had the prescription waiting for them when they opened this morning. Went up there to get it around noon and they said they had no record of it. Meanwhile, the prescription was waiting for them the whole time. At 2 PM they still hadn’t filled it, and the lady was so rude about it. Just totally unnecessary and horrible customer service. Maybe it’s just that they are perpetually understaffed and everyone there hates their jobs? I don’t know."
"Sep-23: Absolutely worst customer care in pharmacy. Long queue both inside and outside, for several months now, with no sign of improvement. Why is Management so oblivious to this ? Frustrating experience. If I had a choice to switch pharmacy, i will do. Oct-23: The pharmacy is showing improvements, but I still had to wait almost 2pm to 5pm for my refills. It is obvious that pharmacy is very busy, thr mgmt has to do more to balance the workload. I can't imagine that I have been waiting for 3 hours to fill my medication"
"CVS, after providing 1 original and 1 refill of liquid metformin, has now decided they cannot order it. I am now deprived of a medication I need in order to stay healthy. I believe it is because the employees are too lazy to order the medication, as it is a special order. This is not only poor customer service, it is poor execution for any healthcare provider. As a healthcare provider myself for 40 years, this shows the lowest level of professionalism I have ever seen."
"By far the worst place to go for customer service. The pharmacy is extremely slow and any feedback you get from the staff will not be pleasant. Your best case scenario is just to go to Publix and try to get your stuff filled. Do not waste your time because they absolutely will."
