"My fiancé and I are trying to reserve a block of rooms for our wedding and the process has been a nightmare. First they got his phone number wrong which delayed initial communication, then they misspelled his email address further delaying communication. Emails and phone calls go multiple days without being answered, if answered at all. It took them 3 weeks to send over a proposal, but when it finally got to him, the proposal had an obvious error in the price. He emailed to ask for a correction with no response. Three days later, he followed up. This was earlier in the week and it is now Friday and we still haven’t heard anything. I emailed the property yesterday to inquire and they have not gotten back to me. Looks like they respond to reviews so maybe this will get their attention."

"This hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff are helpful and kind. It had everything I needed. I felt safe. I slept great. The bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. I went downstairs to get some water around 9pm and there was a party of some kind happening in the conference area. I had no idea. In my room I would have thought the hotel was empty! The lobby, lounge, restaurant and work out room were also clean, comfortable and inviting. They had great workout equipment including peloton bike."

"In the hospitality sector, attitude of the staff is the bedrock of success and this location is what we’ve all come to expect from the Hilton brand. This very clean and modern location is staffed by very friendly and knowledgeable hosts. The front desk helped with a reservation issue and bumped me up to a nicer room with a view over the golf course. Breakfast dining is once again something to be enjoyed in this lovely dining hall. Getting this hotel at the Government rate was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet and comfortable with ZERO complaints!"

"Hilton Marietta Hotel and Convention center. Clean well lit building. You can see the build up of paint through the years in some areas. There is handicap parking and handicap restroom accessibility. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bar area was large and actually had two regulation size 4.5 x 9” tables. They do need new cloths. These have tears and spills in them and they are not being taken care of well. Room is okay, but was given no upgrade as a Hilton Diamond. Also it was to be feather free. The pillows were feather free but something was not and had to shower take meds and sleep on the towels."

"Great location right on a municipal golf course. The facilities are clean and spacious. There are lots of rooms and they strike me as small but up-to-snuff for a good mid-tier hotel. Caution that the hotel is “Pet-Friendly” (we had an incessantly barking dog across the hall), but for some people that will be a good thing. Finally, we only ate the buffet breakfast at the hotel; although the facility is nice and the service pleasant, we felt the food was below par."
