Reviews of Walmart Supercenter
"This is the best Walmart y'all. I was at the EcoATM machine in front of the customer area and had a $5 bill slide underneath the machine when I was reaching for it. Customer service was so nice and helped me move the machine so I could get it back. Multiple employees were helping at one point. I am very grateful to have really great people like this in the community!"
"Dear Walmart, I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience at Walmart, particularly with the checkout process as overseen by the store manager, Juanita. During my visit, despite the availability of self-checkout counters, I was specifically directed by Juanita to use the associate checkout. This directive was given even though there were several open self-checkout stations which I have used regularly in the past for a more efficient shopping experience. The enforcement of this policy by Juanita was concerning. She insisted that it was a standard Walmart policy to use the associate checkout under these circumstances. However, this does not align with my previous experiences at Walmart, where self-checkout has been a readily available option. This situation was particularly discomforting as it appeared to be more of a personal retaliation than a general policy enforcement. Such treatment not only causes inconvenience but also fosters an unwelcoming and potentially discriminatory environment, which I believe contradicts Walmart's commitment to customer service. As a frequent shopper at Walmart, I have always valued the convenience and customer service offered. However, this incident involving manager Juanita has raised significant concerns about the management practices and the fair application of checkout policies. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and appropriate measures will be adopted to ensure a more consistent and equitable shopping experience for all customers."
"According to the manager Juanita, this walmart only values the time constraints of its smallest orders, All large orders are forced to utilize the scan by employee other than self checkout as clearly stated all customers time is not valued, I shop this walmart weekly spending over 5k a week shopping for catering supplies. This is outrageous and disgruntling process, even when I explained my situation and expressed that I've been sitting in line for 30min after a U scan associate took it upon herself to move my cart as we can all see all the u scans for the most part have frequently been free I was sternly and unempathetically denied my right to scan my own damn groceries and go about my business. THANKS Juanita."
