"If you are black you aren’t welcomed. The attitude and racial undertones are ridiculous. They talk to you like you are dumb and stupid. I’m not a child. I told you I would be back Monday morning and you said that should be fine. Now you say you said that the medicine will be here today and you will call me when it’s ready. I’m getting one prescription and I won’t be back and telling my doctor not to send anymore patients here again."

"Best pharmacy ever. They treat you like family and they make sure you know every detail of your medication before you leave. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.!"

"This place taught me that all pharmacies are not the same. Not even close. There is a much deeper level of service and personality with this business. For example, they are prompt to answer the phone and answer any questions without making you feel rushed or like a nuisance. They are thorough and feel like REAL humans who actually listen and care. Super importantly - they can find online coupons for drugs and apply the discounts correctly. I had to stop using my company's mail in pharmacy service because they can't figure this out no matter what and would charge $300 for something Lacey would charge $50. I read one negative review here about how they were never in Lacey's system and couldn't get an order filled but there's two locations and I'm willing to bet the meds were called in to the other location. By the way I've been to that location several times too and it's equally fabulous."

"As Lacey's seemed to have a good reputation after bad experiences with my last pharmacy. I find that Lacey's is completely unreliable. Then do not fill my prescriptions on time; therefore I run out. I have one prescription that has been called in 3X and I have yet to receive it. I will be looking for a better pharmacy."

When I had a problem with a prescription and service on the phone imperative Lacey’s talked me through and eventually solved my much needed medication problem.
