"I just returned from Nepal, one of the poorest nations in the world, and everywhere I stayed there cost less but was nicer than this Baymont. I had just flown into the US and needed a place for the night. I should have kept looking. This place was missing tiles in the floor, there were roaches in the bathroom when I woke up in the morning, and when I went to check out in the morning the lobby doors were locked and nobody was working at the desk or answering the phone. If zero stars were an option, this place would get it."

"The hotel room had a weird smell to it. There were a few spots on the wall where someone had patched the drywall, but not repainted. Overall it looked like a poorly maintained hotel, both inside and out. Seemed clean enough, tho. We just needed to break up a long drive to Florida, and figured any hotel is good for one night. Nope. Not this one. We got eaten up by bedbugs."

"So I paid for a weeks stay here and the first 2 days were ok but then mit was all downhill from there. I ran down from the top floor where my room was to my vehicle and as I entered the room I m bed along with my schecter electric guitar beside the bed. I quickly pulled my phone out and started recording and taking pictures. Then the ceiling came falling in landing on our equipment, out clothes, as well as are very important paperwork that was sitting on the desk that was important for our construction company. I stayed in the room as my wife went to the front to complain about what had happened in which the woman at the desk gave us a different room across the way and said she will figure something out. A while later we went back to the front office to inform them that our property and very important equipment have been damaged due to their plumbers lack of professional skill in plumbing. We asked for a refund she said no, we asked for compensation for our damaged property she said no, we asked for a complimentary stay for the inconvenience she said no. When we asked for their insurance carrier she refused to tell us. I made the statement that I was in construction and could fix their damages and she agreed the three rooms that were damaged by water she would pay $300 for the sheetrock repair and since I was already there for a week I decided to accept the Deal. I cut out the sheetrock ceiling that was damaged squared ready for new sheetrock in all three rooms. Being our last day I went that next morning and paid for the next day stay. And was told that afternoon that i did not pay for this day in which I had my cash app on my phone as proof that I did and was told again that I didn't after I showed proof that the money was taken out and was told to leave. After being interrupted and not listen to as well as disrespected this entire stay she's threatened to call the cops and I had enough. The owners and manager of this hotel are very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful and I wouldn't recommend to anyone to ever use their hotel unless you want to have an unfortunate experience like we did. Our damaged equipment still has not been resolved."

"Don’t stay here. I should have taken the hint when the receptionist, out of the blue, told me that if I had “any issues whatsoever”, they would move me upstairs. We were so dog tired after driving 9 hours we went ahead with it. Room was home to many insects and cockroaches, a hair was on my sheet when I pulled back the covers. The ENTIRE place had no ice, even the main office. Hardened white paint drips all over dark laminate floor. No phone in room. Bedside lightbulb was burnt out. My queen bed was on a king frame so top and bottom metal spokes stuck out. I have a feeling welfare people were living there as well as various family members walked about, crouched down having a smoke, bringing in groceries etc..Bathroom was new as was sink but cockroaches dueling in the sink took away the urge to relax. Keep driving!!"

"When we entered the room, the sheets had yellow stains all over them. Luckily we had extra blankets in our truck that we used. There was mold growing all over the room. We showed up around 9 pm and were too tired to complain and get another room. Then I woke up in the middle of the night to roches crawling all over the room, including me! I tried to go to the office multiple times throughout the night but no one was in the office. They were supposed to have a continental breakfast from 6-9 but noone even opened the door until almost 8. I was waiting outside most of the morning just to try and get another room. When someone did show up the continental breakfast was a loaf of bread and a tub of butter. The staff member told me to return early afternoon so they could clean a decent room for us up on the third floor, because most of the rooms on the lower floors have roach problems. I would not suggest staying at this disgusting establishment."
