"This CVS is the worst. Used to be great caring staff. Now the staff is rude condescending non caring and certainly doesn’t know how to respect customers and their time Constantly month after month state they don’t have my medication in stock. Whole store is junky"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are always exhausted and overworked, and understaffed. Whenever I go to the drive-through to get my medications, it takes 15 minutes per car. When I call to speak to a pharmacist, I have to wait 15-20 minutes to actually talk to someone, then they're very rude towards me. I went here to get injections for flu and covid, and it took them OVER AN HOUR to give me my injections even though I came in early for my appointment. This is just really poor customer service brought on by staff that just don't care anymore. The management needs to take a good long look at their own processes and see what they're doing wrong. Only bad management could have caused issues like this."

"There is one intelligent person working the rest of them are horrible, I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a prescription I got a text about being ready. The girl with glasses checking people out has no idea in the world what she is doing, she didn’t know how to break a 1$ bill for someone, she is horrible at customer service and couldn’t understand much of anything people were saying."

"The service is terrible. You'd better call first. They had 6 people behind the counter in the pharmacy. I only wanted to pick up a prescription. Took 20 minutes for a person to tell me that the prescription was on hold. I was told to join another line and talk to the pharmacist. After another 20 minutes, I was told that they didn't know why it was on hold but give them 30 minutes and they would fill it. Are you serious?"

"Terrible experience at CVS today. Normally the experience is great as I have visited this store Over the last 6 years. Today I sat at the drive thru window for over 30 minutes without being acknowledged. No greeting, only stares from time to time by the 3 employees who were working. Finally once approached was informed that they were short staffed. Really?? You think? The counters were cluttered with baskets. A chaotic environment. Store manager needs to be fired for poor service and employee treatment."
