"Was not informed that there was not a guarantee on the cherry shrimp I purchased. 3 out of 5 of the shrimp passed less than 24 hours after being introduced to the tank. Water parameters are well within range for the species of shrimp, the tank is properly cycled, and the shrimp were slowly acclimated to the tank. I would not have spent $6 per shrimp if I had been informed that there was not a guarantee on the animals surviving at least 48 hours. Highly disappointed."

"Told me the animal didn’t have no worms and all his shots. But came home to my animal having tapeworms and told me that happens a lot. I asked them can they take care of it for me and told me they couldn’t and I’ll have to take him to a vet. They could’ve told me they had tapeworms those orange kittens have TAPEWORMS all 3 of them so if you get this animal be careful I have kids who love my new kitty but I don’t want them getting tape worms from him. They could’ve told us before hand before buying the kitten that he have tapeworms."
