"Groomer did a great job with my 4 month old Mini Schnauzer grooming! It was her 1st visit, so I was a bit anxious about leaving her for 3 hours. I was pleased that the groomer listened to me explaining what I wanted for “Kitti”. And when I returned to pick her up, to my surprise, “Kitti” was wanting to show affection to her groomer while I was holding her…this spoke volumes to the care she received. Her cut was perfect as well. So I highly recommend Petco Grooming especially at the Dallas Hwy. location in Marietta, Ga"

"Grooming was EXCELLENT! Shawna is a wonderful caring expert! Sales however is Unsettling: Purchased several dog toys at West Cobb Petco. Walked out to my car which was parked directly across from Petco. Noticed that one of the items I had purchased according to my receipt was not included with my other purchases. Walked directly back into Petco with my receipt & asked the cashier if it had been inadvertently left by the register. Without even asking what it was, the cashier looked cursorily around the register & responded, "No, sorry." When I got home 15 minutes later, I called Petco Customer Service. After stating what happened, the customer service agent asked me if it was an in store purchase to which I replied "yes", she said "then I can't help you." I asked for her name & a supervisor, & suddenly she stated that we had a bad connection even though I could clearly hear the background noises of other conversations going on on her end of the line. Pretty sure you can guess what happened from there. Lesson learned: If you shop the West Cobb Petco, be sure to check your items before you exit the store!"
