"I'm not a huge fan of malls for a list of reasons but today I decided to take a walk through Lenox Square. I stopped in Ralph Lauren, as I typically shop on the website, to see some merchandise in person. I was greeted by everyone in the store which was great but Chynel approached me twice and was extremely pleasant. An item grabbed my eye and she was prompt in getting my size and making an additional recommendation that I also purchased. The entire experience was natural and not once did she push me to do anything. I was impressed with her ability to be personal and now I will be her client moving forward.
