"Awful! Dirty, old, and smokey. Was charged an "upgrade" charge of $20 for a Non-smoking room, after I had already paid for the room online. Once I got there I was told I had to pay another $20 separately or I would have to stay in a smoking room. Very noisy, thin walls, and weak locks. Open light bulb above the shower, safety issue. Three of the four lights in the room did not work. To get a plug near the bed, you would have had to crawl under the bed and reach behind the headboard, which was not going to happen."

"We left after an hour for another hotel. Room stunk. Only one towel. Walls and floor were nasty. Hair on toilet. No headboards. No trash cans. Keys did not work without desk coming to try key until it did. Pot smoking."

"Definitely should not go here. Bug issues and currently under repairs. My room had wet paint around the door jamb. Ruined my clothes. The desk clerk was friendly and understanding and gave us a refund."

"One of the best choice group motel I seen now days. Check in process gone very smoothly, front desk was really friendly and Property looks better than pics.on web site. I got a heart problem and need to make 3-4 round on property that's looks real clean and nice.breakfast is much better and had no complaints about it. I seen some of reviews, and not agreed with that,since I got very appreciable experience. We hv to under stand that, nobody can make us a fully satisfied. Last, I'm so appreciate for this property. CLEAN,And NICER ROOMS."

"The lady at the desk was really nice and as helpful as she could be. The first room had no dial on the AC but we got it turned on it worked for a few minutes and shut off so we switched rooms. The air in the next room seemed to blow cool but it barely cooled the room we was hot the whole time. Also there was a leak in the roof right over one of the beds at the foot. We didn't want to switch rooms again because we was exhausted so we piled blankets and a bucket at the 3nd of the bed There were roaches not a lot but seen at least 5. No microwave, and the fridge was seriously dirty and smelled. The floors were super gross especially behind the chair and by the lamp it was sticky in the floor. The bed sheets were ripped on the corner of the bed which didn't really matter. The bed itself was soft and sleeps very well. The lamp shade had holes all in it. The parking lot is well lit and from what I could see at the desk the security cameras looked really good. The bathroom was not to bad seemed clean enough the water pressure is decent and the water gets really hot so that's a plus. No coffee maker in the rooms which isnt a big deal. The pool has no water so I don't think it works. I got a few photos but I didn't photograph all of it. The location of the property is good because it's right off of the interstate and next door to a waffle house and a store close so you can walk over if you wanted."
