"Lovely store with a decent selection. I was in makeup area and ladies lingerie. Nice clerk, she didn't know much and had to ask others where things were, etc. but I appreciated her service and willingness to help. Hard to find that these days. We ate at the cafe for lunch. Good salad but service was painfully slow. Still a nice day out overall!"

"I paid $90 to have my gown hemmed! The hem is completely crooked, the back of the dress is shorter than the front! The right side of the dress is an inch longer than the left side! I brought my dress back to get it realtered and the girl wanted to have an attitude about it so I just left!!!!! The is extremely infuriating from Nordstrom!!!"

"I will be a Nordstrom customer for life! While everything isn’t always perfect, Nordstrom is the most respectable and trustworthy department store to shop at. I had placed two rather large orders for custom suits, and, after quite a few less than stellar experiences, Nordstrom recognized the experience was falling short and offered to make it right without me even saying a word or asking for them to do so. The assistant manager in the men’s department helped us, and he acknowledged this isn’t the way Nordstrom strives to deliver. I have shopped with Nordstrom for many years, and this is why."

"I can’t believe that I experienced blatant bias in the cosmetic department today. I came to the store to purchase Chanel chance . The young lady was assisting another customer and as she was completing their transaction I politely asked when she was done would she be able to assist. Of course she said yes. When she was done she came to help at the same time a white older man walked up and she said I be back to you. She asked the man how she could help him. I was just n total disbelief! The other customer was very self aware and told her to help us and she was like it was ok. IT WAS NOT OK with ME! We found another salesperson $500 later..Nordstrom this is not ok!!!!"

"Sophia, Jaliyah and Anne in the “House of CB” department were AMAZING. I had 30 minutes to find a dress and they did all the work for me!! I wish I could do more to repay them. Give them a raise please!!! Best service ever."
