Studio 6 Columbus, GA – Columbus Airport

"Was not what it said at all. I'm only giving it a 3 because of the location. It was a convention location. To get to everywhere. We got a kitchen in our room. Witch cost use extra $. The website said it had basic pots pans and silverware. There was none. The stove probably wasn't safe to cook on anyway. The burners were really rusty. The sink next to the stove lecked all over the floor. The fridge smelled moldy. The dresser was broken like drawers missing. The TV didn't work. The WiFi was good tho. Then the worst of it happened. I can deal with the stuff I found wrong. However there were roaches. That is a big deal breaker for me. Once you get them there hard very very hard to get rid of. All our clothes were in there since we were moving to The area. So we quickly moved everything out of the room. Booked another place and left. Even tho we had already payed. They are remodeling it. So once there done. It may be a nice bug free place to stay. Until then I don't recommend."

"Great location! Close to everything. "Major renovations!" Taking place, however the staff attentiveness more than make up for the minor inconvenience. I would stay here again. I've been here with my family for 10 days while we are waiting to find a permanent home in Columbus. For the price it is alright. Out of town guests, wedding party., Business; this is a great location. We are more than pleased."

"If I could give ZERO stars I would! This was formally Extended Stay America & is now Motel 6 + Studio 6 & the new management is horrible! The general manager Jay is very disrespectful towards his customers & employees. This place needs to be torn down & rebuilt from the ground up because the black mold has ran rampant throughout the building; which is a huge concern for elderly people & people with health problems. Pest is VERY BAD as well! There’s more rooms UNAVAILABLE than there are available because of the conditions these rooms are in. $80 a night is pretty steep for the conditions these rooms are in! If you stay here, stay here at your OWN RISK! If you pay with cash be sure to get a receipt because there has been problems with customer’s money being “misplaced” by management! This building is supposed to be remodeled in the next 6 months or so but I don’t see it lasting long due to the neglect of the building, the poor treatment to employees & the NASTY attitude from the GM! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! If you do, let this be your LAST RESORT!"
