"The location is convenient. Park in the red zone to get closest to it. This store is chaotic, especially on the weekends. If you can wait and go Monday through Friday before noon, do that. Otherwise, be prepared. They offer a pickup service that you can do online. If I had to go during the week or when they have the infamous one day sales, I'd choose that option. The staff is okay. Old Navy is good for basics for men, women, and children. But the pants are never quite long enough. They always have ankle pants versus regular pants! So, at 5'5" I find myself buying tall. But I'll give them credit for their wide range of sizes."

"Erika (the manager) should worry a little more about how disheveled her store is and a little less about customers browsing the store 10 minutes before closing time. Refusing to let people look at the clothes past the register when the store is still open..really? I wouldn’t let her manage a team out of a wet paper sack, much less a popular retail store."

"Good collection of mens, women's and kids clothing. Compared to other stores in Atlantic station this store has good variety of men's clothing. Price seems reasonable. Store is spacious and clean. Good customer service."
