"The store Manager refused to give the customary 10percent discount on $49.99 dark burgundy curtains with absolutely no packaging or identifying information. They were simply two dark burgundy curtains on a clothes hanger, not event the type of hanger that comes with the curtains. There was one pair packaged properly and the other just on a random hanger, and there were no more like them in the store and he expects someone to pay full price as the one properly packaged. Ridiculous, I'll take my business elsewhere."

"I usually come to This location not all the time but occasionally. I absolutely love their wide selection of home goods of all sorts . The only downside of my visit today was there was absolutely no welcoming upon entering the store and mind you an employee/staff clearly saw me entering and proceeded looking down to avoid eye contact . As I was shopping I noticed The employees attention is strictly on the merchandise instead of tending to the customers . I had a hard time navigating through the store because every aisle had huge furniture or certain objects blocking them . At the end of the day I absolutely adore this store but if this is the type of energy I’m gonna be receiving every time I come then I honestly won’t bother . I’ve been to many stores with such an amazing welcoming experience and that have amazing communication with all customers ! I hope home goods especially this one gets better with that ."
