"Needed a laptop charging cord, couldn't find one anywhere. The young man told me to bring in my laptop and he would try to find one that fit- rather than buying it and it not be the right one. He tried every one in the store and really gave it his best- I appreciated that. Still had to order the cord, but the assistance I received was excellent."

"Shopper be cautious. Went here to get a replacement key FOB. I was told someone would call when it arrived. I did not get a call but called and found that it had arrived. I was told that I could come in to get it programmed by the technician. I visited them twice during the hours given to see the technician only to be told each time that the tech had to leave for other business. I asked about getting an appointment since the technician was hard to catch. Was told I could come in the next day but that changed before I could leave after they learned the tech would not be in. Finally after being seriously frustrated about getting service for an expensive purchase, I was able to make an appointment, something it seems they don't usually do. I called the corporate office to make them aware of things in the hope that my next visist would be productive. Went to my appointment. Met the technician. Chose to get a full refund after waiting an hour and being told that my key could not be programmed due to an issue with their system that required it to update. The technician was waiting for the system to update but it was taking a long time. The excuses I received included there being only one person who is trained to do the programming due to staffing issues and that the company is under new ownership and is working to make sure that all employees are trained to meet their quality standards for service. Whatever the case may be this location is not ready to provide FOB replacement and programming service at this time. Should you choose to use them for this service be sure to ask about how long the process will take and how do they accommodate or schedule you when it is time to get the programming done. Also ask if they have the software need for you specific car key model to be updated. Hopefully customer accountability will help accelerate the needed improvements. ____ 18 days wasted"

"Got my work phone screen and back replaced and as soon as I left went and got my case for it and it covers the whole front and back , and answered a call on it and could hear like a scratching noise and take the case off to come and find out they didn’t put the back on right because the back just started cracking and it wasn’t even dropped . I was locked out of my T-Mobile account because I couldn’t type my password in right because if you press say a h key it will type an x . I’m so frustrated because I use it constantly and it doesn’t even work right . And it was sent in to be t fixed because of the reason it won’t hold a charge !"

The staff is great, some very sweet girls in there, very helpful and eager to help get you straightened out with any fob that needs a battery! I went for the forever free for $19.99! A great deal especially if you are keeping your car a while!"
