"Good sales. Disorganized but fully packed. A great place to buy gifts, snacks, movies or almost anything else you need. The staff is never the same so they have a high turn over rate as far as employees go but they are very nice regardless. Still a great place to shop"

"Visited this location in search of some living room furniture. They were a little busy but at least I was acknowledge a few different times and I remained patient. I was assisted by Anthony and Needa (spellcheck) and they were awesome. They went beyond trying to assist with the initial set I wanted but I decided not to proceed. Came back a few days later and was helped by Anthony again. Decided to go with a different set and helped me get an additional 15% off. They were so patient and kind throughout the whole process!! Excellent customer service!!!"

"Today me and my grandmother visited this store , we come here a lot and haven’t ever had a bad experience. Today i bought a couch and was helped by Josh in the furniture area he was very good at multitasking being that there were atleast 4 other people asking questions about the furniture and trying to buy he was also checking out another furniture customer and it was all very smooth for everyone . Everyone seemed attended to by him … he wasn’t leaching either , I’m not sure if they get commission but a couple days earlier we were in here and it was a Caucasian gentlemen who was trying to sell us on a tv stand and he told us there was only 1 left in stock in the back before even checking the stock like as if telling us only 1 is left was going to get us to buy immediately …I’m a sales Rep also & immediately that is a red flag when people don’t double check the inventory and just tell you something of the top .… so we ended up not buying from him.as a sales rep you want people to trust you and like you . He was like able but the sales aspect was lacking ..oh & I took one star off for the fact there was a little bird flying around in the entire store.. it honestly didn’t bother me but food items are sold here and that seems a bit unsanitary"
