"This is a good Old Navy location. The staff here has been friendly when I visited. I came here searching for a coat but wasn’t able to find one that was exactly what I was looking for. I always like the Old Navy kids selection more than the women’s selection of item. I would shop here again but most likely for kids clothes and not women’s clothes since I never seem to find anything for myself there."

"Worst Old Navy I've ever been to. The sales floor is so messy you can't find anything. The staff members are rude and unaccommodating. The line takes forever. But, all of this could be overlooked. What could not be overlooked were the staff members cussing at each other in the bathroom area which is right next to the children's clothing where I was browsing with my two young children. Unacceptable."
