"I had a discrepancy with my bank and change card numbers my payment was late getting to them but they were paid in full. Prior to that I had used them several times and never had a payment issue. I like Dr Scott Williams he is a fabulous vet. I would like to continue to use their services but they put me on a non-treat list because one of my payments was 5 days late. I thought that was extremely odd.. and not very professional since the bill was paid."

"I visited this facility for the first time on June 21st. My 15 Y/O QH mare was having some lameness problems, and wanted to try and get to the bottom of the cause. I can't say enough about Dr Scott and his team. They were very thorough with the exam, probable diagnosis, and plan of treatment. One of our horses was displaying strange behavior yesterday and I ended up calling around 8:30/9:00 last night (Sunday). Dr. Williams took the time to talk through symptoms with me and really provided some great insight and advice. I was so thankful for his responsiveness (and the peace of mind that an emergency farm call wasn't needed). Dr. Williams even had a staff member call me this morning to make sure our horse was still doing okay.
