"Terrible customer service by ginger. Rude customer cut me off after waiting several minutes for a cashier. Cashier just helped her and she had a complicated situation that ended up taking 17 minutes. When I told the cashier it was wrong of her to allow that customer to do that while she watched she only said “oh” while my Autistic nonverbal son started a meltdown because of it. 17 minutes, a lot of stress and embarrassment due to my child causing a scene because even he recognized it was wrong. And no apology, just an ‘oh’. Way to go Ginger. What a shame CVS. Also my transaction took 2 minutes once I got up there."

"I was in the drive through for 50 minutes before finally getting to the window. The service is just terrible. I missed an entire meeting because it took them so long."

"Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was supposed to have been ready last week. When l got there, there was no pharmacist at the pharmacy?? I attempted to make my purchase and because l didn’t have the “customer loyalty card” l was charged $1 per roll for toilet paper and had to leave the remainder of my purchases behind so as not to pay twice the price!! I will not return to CVS for ANY purchase in the future! Very disappointing!"

"I came to this pharmacy for a rapid COVID test. I was 15 minutes early and followed the signs for COVID testing. I waited in the line for 25 minutes. I got to the window and was informed I was in the wrong line. "This happens a lot," the woman told me. I went to the kiosk she directed me to and was told my by another person the COVID test had been cancelled because I was late. I tried to reason with this person that I was there on time, but in the wrong line because of the signs. "I'm sorry, it's automated, there's nothing I can do," was the response. I needed the test for a father/daughter trip we had planned and the place we were going required a negative covid test. We had to cancel and lost all the money we had paid for the event. It was very frustrating and I won't be returning to this store."

"Great people but not enough of them. Wait times, whether in store or through drive-through, are insufferable. For the number of patients they see through their pharmacy sorely needs more staff to crank out Rx's. I see lots of people leave and I am sure this CVS loses customers due to the long waits. Seats in pharmacy are stained (Eee-uuu)."
