"I haven't seen any pan handlers there lately. They used to be really bad. Always asking for a handout, I don't mind giving if that person is trying to help their selves. And these folks looked fit and maybe a little mental. I worked hard ever since I was eleven years old. I don't get this new generation wants money but they don't want to work for it.
