"You know I grew up on the west coast and I went to Ace hardware all the time. The customer service I received was always top notch and their prices were always decent. Today in Cleveland TN I was with my wife and 2 year old girl and we stopped at Ace hardware to get some pumpkins! We came out to a flat tire. I started getting the jack out to put the spare on and an Ace employee came out and started helping me change the tire. I was very shocked and so happy the nice gentleman helped me. I was already exhausted and had just worked all day remodeling a house and was trying my hardest to have a positive attitude but when the Ace employee stepped in to help me I felt so relieved and emotional honestly.
