"Every time we come to this store we are greeted with the nicest employees. They remember who we are and always quick to help. I noticed the last time we went this super helpful diagram in the aquatic area an employee took their time to create for new fish parents. This is beyond helpful and extremely thoughtful!"

"I took Jack here to be groomed before the wedding, excellent job by the way. Jack was needing to be groomed again. I thought they did a good job last time and trusted them with Jack again to get him groomed cause he was needing it. An hour and a half later, I get a call saying we can’t continue our services. Found out he got a lion hair cut, I told them to leave about an inch or 2 on him. I’m not happy with that cut, will find another groomer to fix it. They stuck him in the kennel to take a break, perfectly fine. They came back and there was blood everywhere. He had accidentally tore off his dew claw in the kennel. They are supposed to trim nails before placing them in kennels according to another groomer for safety reasons and they were not even cut. I had to bandage him myself and put an antibiotic to keep it from getting irritated thank God I took vet assisting classes. I’m NOT coming back for grooming. Very bad experience here."
