"Dr. Lane and his staff are very kind and compassionate. They genuinely care about your furbaby. My vet didnt take walk ins on saturday and this hospital did. He explains things to where you can understand. My baby was put to sleep 19 days after he diagnosed him with cancer. The experience was pleasant even though it was sad. I will be taking my other dog there from now on even though it's a little ways away."
"Dr. Lane is an angel on earth. The care he gives, he's knowledgeable, personable, gives attention, has genuine character, he's a man of faith and the attention and detail he gives to the pets and owners is remarkable. My precious miracle went through severe trauma at 10 weeks old and came out of it with a calm loving demeanor, perfect and unbelieveably healed. I believe i was brought here for Dr. Lane to be the hero needed for my dog. The staff here are all very welcoming, friendly, and show empathy to all even when VERY busy. I love community Animal Hospital and so do my animals."
"Our 7 month old pup had to have emergency surgery. Dr. Lane was absolutely AMAZING! He, along with the staff, called us during surgery and post op. They have been so kind to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Community Animal Hospital for your pet babies whether it be for checkups or surgery!"
"Dr. Lane can crop dog ears well but the after care has been poor. They are trying to go cheaper with ducttape and zipties and maybe using cheaper glue. I would be okay with that if they would just post up the dog ears better. I have had to drive 40 minutes to get my dogs ears posted 3 times now. Soon will be the 4th time. One trip they just told me to wait a week because of glue burn. I never saw anything like a burn in his ear. Makes me wonder fit they just didn't have the right people on the clock to do it. This last time they glued the posts in his ears it only lasted 3 days.... I wish I could find someone else to do the after care but they wouldn't risk messing with Dr. Lane's work. If I spend $1,000 to get his ears croped and reposted 77 times and they look bad for the rest of my dog's life, I am going to be more than frustrated..."
"This practice is a safe place to bring your lovable, adorable, and extremely sweet and happy fur babies. You know the moment you step inside your fur baby has entered a safe and healthy place. Each staff member is going to treat your babies as if they were taking care of their own. Support staff, housekeeping, and doctors are willing to provide support to a grieving parents that have to make a final decision or happy, and bewildered new parents education and mental support are offered by all."
