"I’m highly disappointed in this place because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone about why they removed my hood from my jacket and charged me $5 extra for a hat. I got put on hold and no one came back to the phone. What if the hood wasn’t detachable, would they still charge for a hat? And also, my items still had stains and I had to take it to the cleaners across town who got it right the FIRST time. I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t get off hold for an answer. I will not be coming back. 0/10 would not recommend to my friends."
