"I received an email stating that the focus of this clean would be the main bedroom. All flat surfaces will be hand wiped. Well NONE of the flat surfaces ( bedside table chest of drawers etc.) were touched. All of the items on top of those areas were exactly in the same position they were in when I left. When noticed I checked for dust and yes, plenty of it. The windows and blinds were to be wiped, they weren’t. This is not the first time that I noticed that nothing in the bedroom had been touched except the sheets had been changed. The last time I said something to Pam, she sent the cleaners out a second time with no change. I came to realize that if I can’t trust them to do the simplest of jobs how can I trust them at all. I sent an email telling her that I have decided NOT to use this service anymore and to please bring me back my key. I have not gotten that back yet. The picture below shows four items on a bedside table that have been in the same position for over a month. I’ve been hoping that somehow that table might get cleaned. Well if I have to do it myself, I will not be paying for it. Pam I expect my key back by COB Friday."
