"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My husband paid $800 for our kitchen to be ruined! We both have full time jobs and I work in the medical field so I don’t have a lot of time to clean and my husband wanted to surprise me with an early birthday gift. The cleaners “thought” my distressed cabinets were “dirty “ … have they never cleaned diverse surfaces before ??? Blinds were not dusted , dog hair still on the carpeted stairs , dust on the staircase , floor sticky with whatever product they use , walls and doors still dirty , PLUS chipped my wall . I spoke With Brandon who was polite but when I asked if I’m just out of luck on my cabinets he said yes ! This is unacceptable. I see they don’t respond to bad reviews here on Google but l am suppose to receive a call from the owner tomorrow and hope they will rectify their mistake and educate cleaners on what paint Vs dirt is . Would never recommend. UPDATE: The owners did pay to have our cabinets redone. I appreciate that they knew a mistake was made and fixed the issue."

"We scheduled a move out clean for our PCS. They were kind and the owner was walking through checking their job. It took about 4 hours for the two cleaners Danielle and Rachel to finish our 1600 sq ft home. Everything was clean and done thoroughly! I’m thankful we did not have this extra stress during this move. I would highly recommend!"

"I called Two Maids last minute and normally they need about 1-2 weeks to schedule a house our size in. However, they went above and beyond to get us in. Our appointment had to get pushed back two weeks because we had something come up and they were completely understanding and rescheduled us. On the day of the cleaning, Danielle and Rachel did an amazing job! They were so polite and made sure they did exactly what we wanted. Not only that, the gentleman who set up my appointment, stopped by before our house was done, to check on the work that was being done. He asked me multiple times if I was satisfied with the work. I really appreciate the level of communication this company has. It is one of the best cleaning jobs we've ever had. We're a military family and we've experienced a few cleaning companies - we definitely recommend Two Maids of Augusta for their flexibility, quality service, and reasonable prices. *Update After the cleaning was done, we walked through the house with the cleaners and checked their work. I didn't see our master bedroom or the upstairs bathroom. That was my bad not theirs. We noticed whatever cleaner they used on the shower glass door and mirror, left the glass cloudy. I would just recommend asking them before you book an appointment or before they start cleaning, what cleaner will they be using for glass and if you have Windex and they don't, let them use yours! They DID clean what we asked, we weren't crazy about the product used but they still did a great job. I see a lot of reviews stating that they don't dust or get behind things.... Make sure you specify that's what you want up front and it helps not to assume that just because they're a cleaning company, they will do EVERYTHING that's in your head. I failed to asked up front what does the cleaning cover but like I said, they did a great job for what we needed. They are very open to hearing your expectations."
