"Service call to address water cascading over LeafFilter. Tech advised to change to new up-dated LeafFilter installation under guarantee / warranty. I am very happy so far, but have not yet scheduled the replacement. I would gave rated a 10 but was unaware I would have to pay a minor service fee until the upgrade was authorized."

Well he did not earn my business in 15 minutes, it took about 60 minutes. The 1st 15 minutes I was sold on the product & the price was right as he promised. The other 45 minutes we spent talking about life events and random things because with his personality I felt like I had known him for years. We could have talked longer, but he had another appt. The install was done within 3 working days. The installer done a great job and completed the install in about 4-5 hours. The install and process was so great, my son had his installed the following day. Super happy with Keith, his customer service, and the product.
