"Got a gift certificate for a cleaning service for my parents for Christmas as a move in and move out special. Their move out got pushed back a couple years. Was told the gift certificate would not expire. There is no expiration date printed on the certificate so by state and federal law it has to be honored or refunded within 5 years. We are well within that time frame and have been trying to get this service or get this resolved for some time. Owner extremely rude. Will not honor it nor will she provide the service we paid for or refund it. She basically has STOLEN our money. She hung up on me in the middle of discussing. This is one of the worst businesses and owners I have ever dealt with. Would not ever recommend using someone who does not honor something that someone paid for. It is not the customers fault you said it didn’t expire and they are protected by the gift certificate/card laws. Basically what she has done is unlawful and she will not own up to it."

"Had 3 full bathrooms and stairs done. On time, courteous workers. Miss Mary explained difference between regular and deep cleaning. Will use them again for entire house cleaning for the holidays. I was satisfied with what was done and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for."

"This was not what I expected!! I have had several individuals and professional companies in and out of our home over the years. Not once was I completely satisfied until yesterday. Brittany and Kellie did an exceptional job. I was asked to go over their checklist of the work that was done to see if I approved of their work BEFORE they left not AFTER. I woke up this morning and my house smells as clean and fresh as it did yesterday. Now I can get on with what I need to take care of without stressing over cleaning the house. Very affordable for the amount of work that they did. Very thankful and more than satisfied. Can’t wait for them to come again."

"Professional service and easy bill pay. The services offered make this a bit of a one stop shop for routine household maintenance. The ladies did a very good job and Mary conducted a walk thru prior to that and I identified everything that needed to be done. She even mentioned that the ladies would come back out in the event that they missed something. Well, they missed a few things. When I sent an email she said they would fix it on the next job which is scheduled for NEXT month. I don't know what changed between the walk thru and the job but that left a sour taste in my mouth since they were paid to do those particular tasks for this mont I also hired this company for lawn service. This time I checked the job before I paid the bill. The hedges weren't trimmed. Which was included in the quote. I notified them and the guy is coming back out tomorrow. I don't understand why the ladies couldn't come back out but I did pay the invoice before doing a check of the job. After our first meeting, Mary made quite an impression so I didn't feel it was necessary but I will inspect and then pay henceforth."
