Suggest establishing areas to clean before agreeing to business. If someone says to do upstairs, explain that the hallway counts as upstairs as well and charge accordingly, because that's what the customer asked for. We contract out because there's just no time to do it ourselves, we were willing customers and were hugely let down before before a guest event."
