"The staff were friendly. However, I went in on a *Free First Exam* promo and still ended up paying quite a bit for the standard yearly shots for my dog. Then was scheduled for follow up shots only 2 weeks later at additional cost. Took my husband's dog to a different vet a week later, and ended up paying about $115 less for the exam, shots, and a nail trim in 1 visit. I won't be returning to VCA."
"Was a fan of this place until they suddenly had some major personnel changes a while ago. My preferred veterinarian was no longer available. 'Potentially' for a good reason but was given nothing other than quite literally "lololol Miss. Lopez is gone" Despite me calling to let them know about the unfortunate passing of a pet I still get reminders about their undead need for shots and services. The new vet(s?) I was scheduled to see had family emergencies for 2 sessions in a row, pushing out appointments for about 7 weeks. I do know these things understandably happen sometimes, but for most industries if I cancel half an hour before a meeting I owe them money or some kind of appointment priority, which didn't happen here. I went ahead and found another vet and have paid urgent care to compensate for my pets immediate needs."
"So grateful to have found a quality place and warm people. I had a bad experience with the commercial vet clinics like Petco and Petsmart. Upon arrival here, I was greeted by two beautiful ladies at the front desk that made me comfortable and listened to my needs for my pet Bailey. Bailey had been struggling with a skin problem which she encounters every season. This clinic listened and delivered! Now, Bailey is feeling 100% better and is back to my precious dog. She’s happy, she’s playing, she’s smiling. Forever grateful."
"I had to take one of my cars for an exam only to find out that he needed to have all of his teeth extracted. They ran tests as well and discovered he was diabetic. It has been a very stressful time for me, but the staff at VCA have been so helpful and caring to me and Windu. They’ve answered all of my questions and have called to check in on Windu post surgery, they’ve explained the tests and did a great job with explaining discharge after surgery. They really care about the animals and it shows. They had the names of the animals they were seeing on the board."
"Very friendly staff eager to bond with you and your pet. Extremely good at reminding patients when their appointment is and with whom. The atmosphere in the lobby is calm and comforting, with benches for animals to sit next to their humans. Doctors are professional and courteous to owners, being sure to answer all questions we might have (no matter how small). Thank you VCA Terrell Mill! Lilith and I love you"
