"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The pharmacy will tell you hours ahead that they have received prescriptions and that they are ready, then when you get there, they request you contact your doctor after hours. The pharmacist is extremely rude and does not help employees or customers. Continuous waste of time going back and forth each time."

"Called in a time sensitive prescription at 10am. Called at 2, they hadn’t checked their voicemail. Called at 4, they said insurance denied it. Called insurance who said no claim was ever filed. Waited on hold for 30 minutes while insurance tried to reach the pharmacy. Finally my insurance said it was an error on the pharmacy side and was approved. Called the pharmacy back and was told it would be a few more hours. I’m still waiting…"

"The text system supposedly doesnt work. I get notifications my daughters necessary antibiotics are ready leave work drive to the other side of town to be told they dont have nothing. I call the doctors, doctor confirms they had been sent day prior. The older woman stands there arguing with me and rolling her eyes. No compassion only complete ignorance. My child is in pain and sick. Doctor resends I go back in 20 minutes still says theres nothing. Next day I get a text saying the prescriptions are ready. Again Im told theres nothing. This isnt the first mishap in the year and a half Im going there since we moved. Its time to switch. Truly sad."

"Worst pharmacy ever... Arrogant lead pharmacist that berates and talks down to customers. Everytime we pickup we have an issue, once every 2 weeks we get the joy of being treated like garbage. Held a prescription for 2 weeks and told us it wasn't available, we stated we needed it and we're told to come back 15 minutes later. 30 minutes later (7:26) we show up and the staff tells us they will have to clock back in to fill the prescription... Too bad? Avoid this place until corporate corrects the issue or more than likely, shuts them down."

"This pharmacy is WAY understaffed and/or managed. In the last week I have gone to pick up prescriptions TWICE and ended up both times walking out without RX’s. The line of people waiting to pickup prescriptions was six to eight deep with ONE employee working register while five other employees behind her doing another job, never coming to relieve or help with backup. Forget about calling to check on medications because you will be put on hold to stay there for twenty to thirty minutes before getting help or the call will just disconnect. Still need to get my prescriptions but don’t have all day to wait in a line."
