"One visit and won’t return to this store. Shopping for a family member today that specifically mentioned she likes BR’s clothes. We walked in, rainy day, large shopping bag in hand from another store, in hopes of finding an additional outfit for our daughter-in-law that lives in NY. Three different associates glanced over at us picking through various pants and shirts, and not a single person asked, “is there something we can help you find today?” So with that, we walked out and won’t return."

"The manager was an African American women . She was not nice at all. She is racist and asked me to go back in the line because one of her white customer who was not even in line and was doing shopping came and stood beside me . I have been to all gap and banana republic stores and I have a Gap credit card too . I was trying to return a shirt which was more than 30 days purchase so I asked her to give store credit but she refused to do that . Even she was not talking nicely . I knew that it might just be possible but atleast she should talk to me nicely . I am a regular customer of banana republic and gap so I always been taken care of these stores but that lady is no goood !!"

"I went in there to return and exchange some items that I ordered online. I tried to ask for a refund on a cardigan I purchased online because it was too small and there were no more bigger sizes left online. The manager or the assistant manager (male) who was not sincere or looked happy to be there told me I could not get a refund because it was a "final sale". When I got home, I checked my online order and there was an option for me to return the cardigan and get a refund. I will not be shopping at that Banana Republic AVALON store again. The employee gave zero to no effort in helping me return my item."

"BEST service I have ever had. Homecoming is coming up and I bought a nice jacket but needed a undershirt and pants. They helped me for over an hour find the perfect shirt and pants. I tried on atleast 20 outfits and they were patient and helped me find the perfect fit. Best service EVER! Hands down"
