"Quan or Kwam is extremely rude. He allowed his team member to service the line alone. All while having the light on. I assumed since the light was on that he was able to assist me. When I approached the cash register he rudely said “IM NOT OPEN!” He keeps his name tag covered, assuming to hide his identity. However I asked the only team member working, who was very pleasant, and he provided the rude employee’s name. Quan/Kwam is the type of employee that could cause Ross to lose a lot of business. Which may be his goal given his unwillingness to work."

Well, a 2014 retirement altered my spending habits. Dividend Life altered many habits, I'm proud to say and Ross on Piedmont/ Sidney Marcus is THE BOMB! When economics alter habits as we pay for federal student loans, and still desire to look amazing, shop ROSS! ¡JOY!"
