"If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. The lady at jewelry broke the chain of the jewelry I was trying to return and basically told me it was my problem, to return it elsewhere. They were yanking it while inspecting it (why in the tarnation would you yank at fragile, gold filigree???) and now I'm stuck with jewelry I'm not even sure I can return anymore. Lack of accountability and horrible customer service. 0/10, will tell everybody I know to avoid to place."
"I was dissappointed with the bathroom section. The stock was very limited, meaning I only saw shower racks, towels and some floor mats, no other stock (no vanity items, soap dispensers). I have never visited a TJ Maxx with almost no bathroom inventory. It was a waste of my time."

"I just went shopping and experienced really poor customer service. The girl at cash register either did not have customer service training or had an issue. She had unfriendly attitude. Did not say "Hi" or "Thank you" at the end of transaction. And she looked annoyed. I really don't need this to be part of my shopping."
