"If I could give this location 5 negative stars, I would. Was on that side of town and since I needed a couple of items I went in. The store is a jumble of different sized garments placed haphazardly, but even so I managed to find 3 items that fit my needs. I went to find the fitting room to try them on, and one of their associates told me, "they don't allow people to try on clothes." I was dumbfounded. How do you expect to sell clothes without a customer being sure of the right sizing? I mentioned this to the associate and she told me "I could always return it." I left about $100.00 worth of merchandise right there, as did a couple of other people who wanted to try on clothes. Customer Service at this location is beyond subpar, avoid at all costs. (The Ross a quarter mile away had what I needed and open fitting rooms. Go there instead.) I imagine the robot corporate response will soon be under this review."
"During the holiday season, I chose Burlington for its unbeatable prices and vast selection. My goal was to snag a work shirt, and I made sure to arrive well before my shift. However, my shopping expedition took an unexpected turn. To my surprise and disappointment, only two registers were open, and one of them was manned by the manager. This resulted in an entire hour of waiting in line. It was evident that the store was understaffed, and witnessing a powerhouse like Burlington struggle with mismanagement was disheartening. Towards the end of my seemingly endless wait, someone from the floor finally stepped in to assist, but the damage was done. It's frustrating to see a well-established company grapple with issues that impact both customers and employees. Here's hoping they address these concerns promptly to elevate the overall shopping experience."
"I was able to enter the store and select what I desired to purchase rather easily. The problem was there was twenty people in line and only one cashier for us. After waiting in line for five minutes and seeing the line not move, I stepped out of line, returned the merchandise where I obtained it and walked out of the location at Camp Creek Market Place. There were multiple employees in the store who should have been assisting customers but whom ever was the manager/floor manager/supervisor did not exercise proper leadership. I chose to leave the store because Burlington did not value my time thus value my dime. I was not pleased with the lack of leadership in this store and I must say I will not be returning."
"I just didn't like the fact that the cart locks at the door l. so you have to grab all your bags. But I do understand with the new way theifs are doing things these days. Very polite cashier's and workers you are always goes above and beyond to help with any need you have they show instead of just directing you"
"My spouse and I just walked into this Burlington at 9:01 PM. A manager was greeting ppl at the door saying they close at 9:30PM and that the lines were long. An associate got on the intercom and stated at 9:13PM, "the customers needed to be in line to check out at 9:15PM to be out of the store by 9:30PM." Clearly this was being done to deter customers from coming in and to rush them out. The sign outside the door clearly has the hours listed. The sign said until 11:00PM. This was definitely unprofessional and sad! Loss a customer and I definitely hope this reaches corporate. If the hours are posted how do you make up your own???"
