"Store still has not been opened and it’s after open time . Someone went in and ran in the back . Assuming the person sitting outside was just a cashier when the “manager” arrived and they ran in . They see people have been standing outside waiting on them to open and no one hasn’t opened the doors and it’s 15 minutes after 10. No one has acknowledged us or anything to let us know how long . I just came to grab my little one extra clothes . I will never return to this Citi trends again."

"I always find something here. The quality is okay, but the styles are great. Shoes and jewelry are always on point. I get compliments every time I buy a piece of jewelry from here. Customer service is hit or miss, sometimes they can be so rude. Overall if you like to be different or dress different, this is the place. Living in Kennesaw it's hard to find a Urban style clothing store. Citi Trends is definitely the place to go if you want to stand out on a budget!"

"I wish it had an option for no stars. Because of this location I don't ever want to shop at citi trends again. They are super unprofessional. Canceled my layaway with out notice. They only recite policy when they don't want to do something. You can get better quality cloths at the same price at other retail stores. I'm super upset that I have to take time to go reshop for my daughter summer cloths again. I will be making several other post about this location and the company. The could have called or emailed saying to make a payment it had only been up 3 weeks when I came back across town to pick it up. Take your money to another company that actually cares about customers"
