"Great customer service by Reid (sp?) today! I brought my jacket in with hopes for a repair due to my puppy getting to it. Reid wasn’t able to fix it in the store since the hole was significant. Instead, they were able to replace it with a brand new one. Patagonia has a great policy and I was grateful for Reid and his pleasant energy today! Definitely recommend this store and their brand.
