It’s really sad because the stores in the area are already suffering terribly and clearly they have low sales. Hoping they turn this around before it’s too late. Will not be returning, far too many other options where we can be treated humanely."

My son and I Just stood at the door for 5 min after the store was clearly open but doors locked, everyone watching me thru the glass but no one had the common sense or customer service to either open the door or explain why it was locked after business hours began. No "Hey sorry guys we're closed" then proceeds to push the door behind us closed! How the hell we supposed to know yall are closed?! There isn't any hours posted on the building! I buy damn near 6 pairs of shoes a month for my family. I was bringing my daughter in to get a few pair! We good on this location!"
