"I have never shopped at Lululemon before, but because this mall doesn’t have an Athleta, I wanted to try it out for the first time. I walked into the moderately busy store and saw two employees in the back near the fitting rooms folding clothes and chatting. I attempted to get their attention TWICE so I could ask for some guidance (I don’t want to drop $130 on a pair of leggings without knowing what types of movement each type is made for, potentially ruining them quicker than they should be). Instead of acknowledging me, they continued right on chatting like I didn’t even exist. Maybe this behavior makes sense at a store that sells leggings for $20 a pair, but at a place that is selling high-priced athletic wear where a person could easily be expected to spend $500 or more per visit if they want more than one item, it is completely unacceptable to alienate potential customers in this way. I’m not sure if this was just simple disregard, or if it was because I didn’t fit the physical description of the store’s target market. I hate to go there, but ultimately I can’t help but wonder. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I guess I won’t get to try this brand out after all :/"

"I order online pickup . Workout bag that cost $168 should not have scratches and dirt on it . THIS IS LULU LEMON . We expect high quality service and products. The manager need to train their employees to make sure that customers receive the BEST. Lulu lemon doesn’t represent this type of mistakes or carelessness. If we are buying Lulu lemon that mean we are spending our hard working money on it , it’s not cheap so don’t give me CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is dead wrong. "This review is from my wife: I went to the Lulu lemon store at Perimeter Mall and had above and beyond customer service. Selisa, one of the ladies manning the dressing room, was amazing. She was warm and welcoming, called me by name, took time to understand my needs, gave me honest feed back on what was complimentary and what was not, did not push or over sell and helped me know what was best and prioritize what to buy. I could also hear her working with other clients who were just as impressed with the level of individual customer service she provided them. I ended up buying over $500 in clothes. Not what I was planning to do but got what I needed and believe it is an investment that will pay off in the long run. Isabel was also a big help trying to find sizes for me including what was in the back stock and not on the floor yet. She worked hard without complaint. Penny, at the register, helped me understand why my first responder discount was not showing up online, verify that it was showing in the store account and I could use. All the ladies at this location worked well together and treated each other and the clients with respect. They set an example to follow. Thank you!"
