"Horrible customer service today. There were six people working and after I walked around looking at several items awaiting assistance it wasn’t until I was about to leave that Mr IZAYAH greeted me. He just came back from his lunch break and just in time too. I told him I’m not interested in spending any money after the service I received. For which he quickly apologized for on behalf of Footlocker. I had employees walk right by me. Some where laughing and joking around at the registers and none of them acknowledged or respected my potential purchase. I went to the mall and looked for this store in hopes of finding an item to buy, but NOT today. Good product and good prices, but ask for IZAYAH if you want proper service."
