"Staff is incredibly rude. I’m not one to usually leave reviews or complain but this was the worst experience I had in a store. Staff looked at me like I had a third eye when I asked them where the dressing rooms were. I then had tried some stuff on and decided not to get anything. A staff member looked at me and asked if I left everything in the dressing room. It felt like I was being accused of stealing. I will never be going back to this store again."
"I had the worst experience at this store. I visited the store in early November 2023. The staff are extremely unhelpful, rude, callous with zero customer/client service. Subsequently, I visited another Nike store and I mentioned my horrible experience at the Nike Ponce City Market store and they were not surprised. I was informed that numerous clients have complained about the staff at Ponce City Market. Please urgently address these personnel/staff issues at the Nike Ponce City Market store as its not only unprofessional but it turns prospective loyal Nike clients away, including myself. I will never visit this store again."
"Actually I didn't buy anything, but rather was trying to make a return. The staff is superb. That's when I am trying to get my $ back. So, if you want Nike merchandise, you should definitely consider getting it there."
"I always go in as a window shopper but come out with bags of merchandise. The staff there is awesome, and they treat you like a valued member. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I was able to find what I wanted and use my discount. The store is always neat and organized when I do visit. If Lauren is there, she is going to take care of you to the utmost!"
"Clean, organized, well stocked, spacious, and comfortable. Please note as of this writing when my son and I arrived, regular parking was $2.60 per hour. You log into the site, pay, and designate your parking spot with your license plate."
