"Terrible experience in the store, I purchased a hat and a sticker for my employee a total of $28. My employee changed her mind on what she wanted I went back not even 5 minutes later to make a return. Which the cashier Naomi informed me that you can’t do same day returns. I reached out to another store at Cumberland and they let me know that’s not the case returns can be done. Manager Nico was not helpful and very discriminatory as he questioned me while I was standing in the store talking to Zumiez customer service. They continued on about how I could go to another store to return the items but couldn’t return them there. Complete discrimination in that store and very unprofessional."

"We saw a pretty good price for some original slip-on vans for 54.95 and picked out a size to get. At check out, Olivia, the only person there who could do cash, prices, or general purchases told us that “Vans” changed the price and that they were actually now 65, she then proceeded to go to the section where I showed her the price and pulled down all of the tags. That was sketchy and the whole store experience took 20 minutes because our guy couldn’t access change. 0/10 for service and sketchy prices."
