"To whom it may concern, I purchased some shoes from City Gear for daughter that were too big. I went to return them at a Hibbett store which was closer to my house, as soon as I walked through the door a young lady yelled “ that’s from City Gear; we can’t take that return here”. I was highly disappointed because I buy all of (my family’s)shoes from Hibbett/ City Gear. I’m not sure if I want to buy anymore shoes from your stores. The staff at your store at City Gear (2685 Metropolitan Pkwy SW Atlanta, GA.30315) were absolutely amazing. The staff at (3050 M.L.K. Jr. Dr suite F1 Atlanta, GA. 30311) were rude from the start. I’m not sure what’s going on , but this needs to be addressed if you guys want my hard earned money. This is UNACCEPTABLE."

"The young girl that works there is really rude and had a nasty attitude problem. She decided that she is going to argue with the customers about a product that the worker said they had , but they didn't have and the lady went to check and see, but she got mad at her because she went out her way to double check behind her."

"I ordered a shirt while at the store in the beginning of October. It shipped to the store I never received a call nor text so I just stop by jus to see what was goin on the first week un Nov. The shirt had been sitting for a few weeks and was takin out the system like I never showed up. When asked why I wasn't Notify that the shark was ready for pick up. No one could tell me the reason just that I manager had to be called to see if they could give me something that I paid for."

"They won’t return or exchange anything without tags on it even though their policy says different. The manager is super weird and rude. Disrespectful employees. All I wanted was to exchange for a bigger size. She said “NO” even tho shorts had tags and shirt didn’t. She said “NO” and denied me service. I called corporate several times and they told me they were going to escalate the issue but never heard from anybody. 24-48 hours never heard back from anyone."

"Online order for fathers day shoes for spouse. They called and texted me when my order was ready although the confirmation email said they'll only text. I really appreciate that because I was more than 20 miles away and anxious about receiving my order before my husband arrived home. The two ladies who retrieved my order and checked me out were very pleasant and professional. Great experience! Will gladly do business again"
