"I stood in the store trying to spend money while three associates stood in the front of the store talking to each other(non business). Why are the associates standing in the front instead of walking the store and asking if people need help. Runners have made associates lazy along with technology. Standing around while a store is busy and talking is stealing company money. None of us paying customers asked you to work somewhere you didn’t want to work."

"I was visiting on a trip and bought, then had to return some shoes that were the wrong size. They had to ship me the replacement. The shoes delivered were dirty (not the fault of this store) - However when I called corporate, they insisted that I paid with cash and could only get a physical refund check. - however I have the receipt and transaction form this store showing that I paid with a card. I was forced to get a replacement through JD, even though I’d prefer not to shop here and I needed the shoes now. I’ve never been sent dirty shoes by any brand. I’m disappointed with the service in the store, warehouse and global support support teams of JD AND FINISH LINE"

"Terrible service. The guy working on the floor walked right pass my daughter on his phone while she was waiting for help. There were a total of 8 people shopping in the store. She finally was able to get a shoe for my grandson to try on, however the female that brought it out never checked back or came to the counter to ring us up. So, we just left the shoe on the counter."

"I love going here to buy shoes for my family. They always have a nice variety of shoes. When I go I ask for Marla. She's the most knowledgeable associate there. We've been shopping with her for about 5 yrs now."
