Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Marietta

"This has legit been one of my favorite stays as of recent years. My room was clean enough, the road noise was merely a dull roar (I suffer from tinnitus so this helped me sleep better!), the staff were friendly and helpful, and the shower was warm and cozy. Breakfast being included feels like magic in the post 2020 world. I have zero real complaints and I’d gladly come back. My only nitpick is that the pillows are flat as all get out. Considering other properties I’ve stayed at recently though, I’ll take flat pillows for an otherwise great experience."

"Check in so quick and easy. Room and public areas very clean. Hotel right off i75. Staff very courteous. Will stay again. Beds only have 3 very soft pillows so either ask for additional pillows or bring your own"

"I wanted to love this place, but the experience I had in a previous Home2 Suites by far exceeded the experience I had here. The room my family got had a huge gash in the shower. The staff never seemed to answer the phone in the evenings when I would call, which meant I had to go down to the desk to get things like towels since they don't provide cleaning everyday, which okay that was fine except the girl on night staff seemed to always be hiding and didn't seem like they wanted to help when you finally found her. They apparently had a shortage of silverware because they ended up having plastic silverware on the last day for breakfast. They also never seemed to have enough towels to accommodate our family of 6. I was a bit disappointed with the stay at this location. I probably wouldn't book here again if I was in the area in the future."

"I stayed for business training. The room I had had a king-size bed. Not that I needed that as the room choice was made by my company's coordinator. Bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but probably because they are not my actual bed and pillows. Did not experience any issues with service and for the first time, my digital key actually worked from beginning to end. Location is a bit out of the way, which is good. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the Interstate. The concern would be noise."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Home2 suites. The staff was wonderful when we checked in very kind and helpful. The bed was a little bit harder but still comfortable. When we got there the room was clean and nice. The only problem we had when we were there was on Sunday we requested to get the room cleaned because we had already been there two nights and we needed the garbage out, towels room cleaned. But they never came until I had to call down and they still did not clean the room. They did clean out two garbage pans and put some towels in. We did enjoy the spin cycle exercise room. It has up-to-date exercise equipment. Overall this is a very nice hotel!"
