"We always stay at Wyndham's so didn't think twice about quality. This place is disgusting. Wyndham needs to sell it or burn it down . Don't bother unless you can pay by the hour.. but after talking to manager the next morning he explained that we were in the rooms for contract workers who stay long periods . And they usually smoke outside with doors open . But offered us points for the problem Ps be aware most Wyndham hotels come with breakfast we were told this dif have breakfast also. Then turned out to be 9.95. For marginal eggs and sausage. And cereal. Don't bother. Eat somewhere else."
"No functioning HVAC in unit. Toilet seat wrong for toilet making it difficult to use bathroom, shower head not attached to wall, low water pressure, and more. Late check in needed sleep, almost decided to continue on because accommodations so bad. There are better options nearby - do not stay here!"
"Bathroom was fithly sink and tub . Management didn't have cleaners go in after"water leak fixed" .Plumbers purged lines and tub dirty. Sink also . Not the look customer needs to see after 8 plus hours on road. When just needed a hot bath."
"Bad experience all around! Picture online looks like a nice, modern hotel. Upon arrival, they said we'd have to park out back and climb stairs to room. The back rooms are like an old motel 6 arrangement! I exclaimed me wife couldn't climb stairs, so the put us in a handicap room in the first floor. Noisy most of the night, the wall plug didn't work, a bathroom light was out, etc. Went for breakfast where they informed us that it would cost extra for the same stuff we get for free everywhere else! NO, Never again!!"
"This is by far our WORST experience. The only good things were: receptionist who did check us in, floors that were not carpeted, and the lights in the mirror. Aside from those, everything were horrible. Around 8pm or 9pm, somebody just opened our door. Can you imagine what kind of receptionist would that be who doesn’t know how to check the rooms that have been occupied? Good thing we had the door secured. Then, next door room were kind of awake the whole night and we can clearly hear their conversations which it made us not get a good sleep. The faucet is about to come off, too. Note: please don’t be stupid to assign another customer to a room that’s already occupied. Learn it, lady! Learn it!"
