Bojangles

"Stopped Thursday (2/15/24), around 7:20 am. Not busy at all, but they were uttetly slow. I placed my order, requested 10 sugars & 3 creams for my coffee and the feminine young man (no judgment here but describing him like that because I didn't get his name) at the drive through window opt to act as if I requested a million $ from him personally. He looked at me crazily and said, "10 sugars!" I responded, "Yes." He gave me my order and I asked if the receipt was in the bag, and he replied, "Yes." I pulled over to prepare my coffee and realized this unprofessional asinine gave me 10 zero low sugars and no receipt. Now, I'm pissed because one, it was too early in the morning to be played with, and two, give customers what they ask and pay for and keep your personal opinions and beliefs to yourself!!! I pulled to the door, walked in, and informed the lady (she appeared to be a manager) that I may need low calorie sugar, but I did not ask him for that and he was trying ti be funny! I did NOT appreciate that lil boy playing with me because rather he thought that was too many packs of sugar or not, it wasn't his call nor his place to give diet sugar and then lied because there was NO receipt in my bag!!! I have a health provider and no health issues. Therefore, I didn't/don't need the cashier at the drive throgh window, indirect help health wise. Teach these employees who pay their wages, stay in their lane, and respect customer's request. Rather, he thought I needed that many packs or not; it wasn't his call to choose for me! I gave all of it back, and the lady gave me regular sugar, as I asked for initially. Additionally, the coffee had grinds in it, didn't taste the best, and service was too slow for the place to have NOT been busy!"

"I went by there yesterday (12/22/2023) to get breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything better. The employees were welcoming, food was great, service was prompt. 10 times better than the one on the north side of Conyers. I'll be coming back here. No need to go to the other one."

"We have been going a few times recently on the weekends and service and food has been great. . Yesterday we were so disappointed. We bought a 12 piece meal should have 3 breasts, 3 legs, 3 thighs, 3 wings. We only had one breast and lots of wings. Such a rip off for 40 dollars.it was such an awful exp when you take a night during the week not to cook, and have such a letdown. Do better Bojangles"

"Haven't been here in years. Used to live half a mile away so I frequented them. Everything was reheated to a crisp but not even hot. Almost inedible. Everything looked and tasted burnt and was super dry throughout which makes me think it was reheated and then sat again for some time. Maybe they're too slow to stay in business so they can't sell the food they prepare fast enough and don't want to waste it so it comes out not fresh... I'm speculating but it just isn't gonna work. The lady working was nice!"

"I was asked to pull up before 7pm we are now at 740pm, 2 people who walked in for 10 mins while im waiting walked out with orders and truck at window rolls off , then employee walks out to car and ask what am i waiting on. To make matters worse, they are out of sides that i was suppose to have and tea and lemonade. This is the most unorganized group i have ever seen. The morning manager runs tight ship, maybe she ought to be the night shift...... ridiculous Update the family sides paid for were about half container full. I dont know what is going on but if this is the level of service being provided i dare not come back and i will be sharing my experience on other media outlets as well."
